I guess this could possibly go in the "Site Feedback" section, but I don't think it would get much exposure there so I decided to post it in off-topic.

Anyways, I assume most of you don't even know this exists. "Hupit Feedback" is a section that can be found in each members profile. What it consists of is basically a place you can leave feedback on any individuals profile, be it feedback about your experiences with that member on the forums or in-game.

I think this is a pretty neat tool that'll actually let people know more about that person before possibly adding them to play or when getting to know someone better. I didn't even know about this feature until a few months back when a forum member left some feedback on my profile, and a few days ago another did the same reminding me to make this thread.

In conclusion, did you even know Hupit Feedback existed? Any particular reason why it's barely used?

Nobody ever asks for feedback, so I'm not sure if they want to be given feedback or not. I don't imagine it's something people look at when adding players, I think they'd be more interested in K/D and W/L.

I don't use it because people won't look at your hupit feedback anyway. If someone asks for feedback I will give anyone a true feedback as long as I played with that person otherwise they are pointless.

I think most of the people on Hupit only watch your Sharing Gamertags site when trying to get detail from you so the feedback option is an underused alternative IMO. It is much better suited to give an "introduction" to your character.

i give feedback to other people that I play battlefield 3 with.

I doubt any random user who finds your profile through sharing gamer-tags would look at your feedback. Feedback is used between forum regulars to express one's fondness of another member, I find.

i only really use it for ppl i play with the whole time like beermat ect
even then we just call each other cunts on it

Knew it existed. Maybe it's barely used because no one promotes it, or asks for it. It's pretty much under the radar for everyone but the people who already knew it existed.

as i recall Dyerbolical did a thread about this, never got my feedback from him.

I have shotloads of feedback from my gaming friends and have given loads of it to others. I actually thought Panda I had sent you one? If not i'll get on it.

Perhaps its because in my group we are older and am not worried about what others think about giving out praise making you "look like a fag". Just a thought and im not stating here that being older makes you better.

You have to publish it to make it appear on other peoples screens as well, took me a while to notice that.

I have quite a bit from people who obviously enjoyed my company.

A lot of people hardly reply to their feedback as well. P.S Always a joy to read a person’s opinion on you.
