I have a question for you Yuropers, do any of you have two front doors (if I'm wording that correctly)? I had always thought that was normal everywhere up until a year ago.

what do you mean? 2 separate front entrances or one entrance with two doors side by side?

He means one entrance with two doors side by side apartment or house it doesent matter because we dont have two front doors.

I mean something like these

Don't mind me just cutting into the conversation like this but... The two door thing, that's usually only up north. Speaking for America only - don't know about Europe.

Where I live, Florida, I haven't seen one house with doors like that. When I go up north, around Michigan, I see them on pretty much every house. A climate thing I guess.
i dont think it has anything to do with the climate most houses here have two doors like that, one is usually just a fine mesh screen thingy to keep flies out

that actually sounds kinda smart, knowing how half-arsed some of the thieves around here are they would get to the 3rd of 4th door and then just give up

If they were smart enough to do that (which really has no effect anyways), they would've been smart enough to not live in an area called "Tornado Alley".

In short, they're morons, and they're the butt of the joke in the acts of at least 50% of comedians here. Some do it better than others, though.

I guess people that live on the East coast/Gulf coast are idiots too for living where hurricanes can hit. We might as well add Californians to that list too, since they're dumb enough to live where earthquakes are prevalent. While we're at it, let's throw in people in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Montana since they're stupid enough to live where wildfires occur.

If only we could all be so fortunate as to live in a region where there is absolutely no climate-related risk....

Oh, and to MisterDyslexo, we make jokes about Brits to, do I don't care about that. It just pissed me off when Brits think of America like this:
