Okay, so I have this pain in my left forearm, kind of on the top of the arm, and it's probably the muscle (whatever it's called, kind of in the middle of the forearm, closer to the elbow though)
It's been there for a week or so now, and I have some ideas what could be causing it (some pressure on the arm, wrist movements?) but idk what to do about it
Even after I've stopped the activities that are probably causing it (besides some pushups and swimming, but I wasn't doing any of that when the pain started, and they don't put nearly enough pressure on my arm to be causing it, especially since it's only in one place)
What should I do? Should I wait more? It's more long term, and it's becoming painful and constant :/

In all seriousness regarding this post, that is the muscle you use to whack off. I'm being 100% serious. Don't do it for a couple of days and see how it feels. If you still have pain get it checked out.

Accurate diagnosis isn't possible unless it's in person. You need to go to a doctor. It's most likely nothing, but if a condition gets worse over time then something is definitely wrong. You still NEED to go get it checked out, as non-serious matters need monitoring or they could become serious!

Why take an easy 4 if you can put in some effort and get a 9?
