I heard they were coming out with a second season so I hurried up and watched the first one on Netflix, I loved every second of it. The first episode of season two was shocking and really good, but the second was kind of boring and slow.

I heard season 2 will be cut short, and the rest will be pushed out as season 3. Which is good and bad news together.

Show is overrated as fuck. As a relationship based drama it is boring and slow. If it werent for the setting, it would have been cancelled.

That kind of sucks... so it will be another 6 episode season? Or even less? Either way I'll keep watching.

Haven't watched anything after the second episode of this season, the lack of character development is just too boring now.
Just for the record, this is not the signature that won me a little award.

If you thought the first two episodes were boring, you would want to light your pubes on fire instead of watching the last 5 episodes.

I enjoy it, still. The last couple episodes were pretty slow, but all my friends watch it so it gives my another thing to discuss.

The shows that really need to start up again are Breaking Bad, Mad Men, and Game of Thrones. Everything else is irrelevant.

Yeah I was hoping it would be a replacement for Lost to me. But again seasons 2 centered around the group in a farm looking for a little girl and in the end she was a zombie?!?! Asian kids (forgot his name ) love affair bored me to death. The episode where they found the girl was the only episode that seemed to interest me. If only they would put more episodes into one season like Lost did to keep up the story and stop making us wait -.-

Well lost was a abc show, and the thing with network tv is that they order a fuckload of shows, I think the average episode list for a network tv station like fox, abc, nbc etc is something crazy like 24-27 episodes a season. I personally found that some episodes of lost could have been cut out and if each season of lost was like a solid 16 episodes we wouldnt have missed anything. Also, turns out the island had a butt plug, who would have thought?!!

There really isnt a replacement for lost cause there will never be a show as batshit crazy as lost ever. I found easy ways to replace lost though, with Breaking Bad and Mad Men especially. I do miss the whole mythology of the island and the insanely complicated story/time line of lost.

What I am really annoyed with is why would they break up this season in 2? I find it a bit dumb and if Breaking Bad season 4 was broken up into two parts that are about 2-3 months apart, I would have gone fucking crazy. Its not like Walking Dead is just a amazing show with a bunch of intense moments that we needed a break to wrap our minds around the amazing-ness that we just saw. We just saw a group of people kicking in it a barn for a few weeks then zombies in a barn.

Welp, Walking Dead starts up again on sunday and man I cant wait.......to see Comic Book Men after Walking Dead is done. Comic Book Men is Kevin Smith's TV show about his comic book store run by his long time friend Walter Flanagan and their friend Bryan Johnson. The reason Im really excited to see the show is because Im a huge fan of TESD, Walter and Brys podcast on the smodcast network. Its easily my favorite podcast and Ive been a loyal listener for about 2 years now. I hope it doesnt suck ass but hey, at least they got a show.

As for Walking Dead, hopefully the shit that they showed for the season 2 trailer shows up and hopefully their character developement ramps up(which I strongly doubt will happen). The thing I hope for the most is that the wife of the main cop guy gets either decapitated or eaten alive by zombies.

Or the blonde hoe-bag that constantly complains and nearly killed arguably the best character.

Id honestly would rather want the whole cast to get eaten in their sleep so Mad Men can come back on the air.

I've only managed to watch the first three episodes of this series. I like zombie movies, but there was something about this series that didn't hold my attention.

I did think the first 6 episodes of the season were pretty good. I just think the lack of character development is too big to overlook at this point.

I enjoyed the first season of The Walking Dead and now that it has come back, I am not too moved with how lowly the events picked up. I mean, it seems like they are really milking the most out of it and earn from all the episodes they show leaving the audience kind of short changed, for the lack of a better term.

I hope that does not back fire at them and not lose them faithful viewers who enjoyed it that much.

Yea, the first episode back started off REAL slow. I expected them to be over the whole little girl thing and start fresh, but no after 3 months of waiting, the first scene is Rick holding the still smoking pistol. Fuck man, that shit was so boring after the little girl got killed, they went back to the same shit, arguing about what to do and stuff. The random lady from the old mans group getting sick? Andnotasinglefuckwasgiventhatday.jpg

The part that I really liked was the last scene in the bar. Rick finally started standing up to the old man and then the two dudes enter the bar. There should be more of this cause The whole world aint dead besides ricks group and the farm group, there are other people out there trying to survive. I really loved the discussion between the guy who came into the bar and Rick, shit was the most intense moment since season 1. I just hope that they continue to use the intense moment to get the plot moving, but I have my doubts.

Also, about Comic Book Men, the show after Walking Dead. Ive been a fan of their podcast, Tell Em Steve Dave, for a good 2 years now since episode 8 and now they are on episode 100. Something about that show man, I cant put my finger on it. It just feels so..forced at times. The editing is painful whenever someone says something a bit funny, they cut to Walt or Kevin laughing their ass off. I do like Bry saying whitty shit in the background but the challenges were pretty cool. Ill keep watching but I have a strong feeling that Comic Book Men wont get renewed for a second season.

New episode was alright. Best part was when Rick, Glen and Hershel had that awkward moment talking to those 2 guys. It's a shame they killed them off because I wanted them to join up with the group and try to kill them all and steal their resources to make it more action packed and tense, instead of 5 minutes of suspense and a boring other 35+ minutes.
