1300$ is more than enough to Build a PC that can run Bf3 at about 90 FPS at Ultra settings which is pretty Good.

Definitely build your own PC. Buying a ready built one will always leave you with an overpriced piece of shit. Building your own is the way to go. Post your budget and we'll post a list of suitable parts to make a great gaming PC.

You can either go with this, or just get an idea on what you should get.

build that shit dude. for 1300 you can build a pretty awesome rig that should last you quite a while, and be able to take upgrades easily.

Oh yeah, herp a derp.

Anyway, here's a list of parts...
Case: Coolermaster 690 II
CPU: Intel Core I5 2500K
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212+
Mobo: ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3
RAM: Mushkin Blackline 1600MHz 2x2GB (or 2x4GB if you wish)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX560TI (Cheapest 560TI on Newegg)
PSU: Rosewill Hive 550W
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 (Unfortunately prices of HDD's have shot up recently )
Optical Drive: Any DVD-Rewriter will do fine. I have a Sony Optiarc in my rig.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit OEM

That should add up to just over $1000. If you want you could spend a little more and get a second GTX560TI and a more powerful PSU to power them (like an XFX Pro 650W), but i'm not sure if that will be under $1300 or not, might just go a little over.

What's the specs of his PC?

And i'm sorry but a custom built PC will ALWAYS be cheaper than buying a ready built one. A PC with the pretty much same specs as mine from CyberpowerPC would cost around £1000, but it cost me WAY less to build it myself.

Probably about £600, maybe less. I'm guessing that the Mobo, Case and PSU are cheapish ones as retail PC's usually are.

Hard drive is 5400rpm (you want 7200), I don't even know who the hell Pegatron is (Transformers much?), case is very generic and limited in HDD space, and the power supply brand isn't even mentioned (you always want a good power supply manufacturer). They definitely cut a lot of corners in that build.
