im wondering if i can play old xbox games on the 360? specifically Star Wars Battlefront I and II. i always liked those games but had them on PS2 and didnt work on PS3.

I'm pretty sure you can. I'm not 100% certain though.

Edit : A quick google search gave me This..... wiki page with a whole heap of classic Xbox games tested on 360. Star Wars Battlefront I & II are listed, although may result in some graphical glitches and/or freezing.
No trees were harmed in the creation of this post.
But billions of electrons, photons, and electromagnetic waves were terribly inconvenienced during its transmission!

Yes, I believe you can I have downloaded many Xbox originals from the marketplace. The only drawback is while you play Xbox originals it disconnects you from Live. So overall Yes!
