TOPIC: 'Transfer' challenge

'Transfer' challenge 9 months, 1 week ago #733138

Just unlocked this and the title is pretty cool but I have no idea what I did to unlock it and I can't find it in challenges. If I hover over the title the only description is 'transmission complete'. Any ideas?

i think its the sme as infected
get knifed/killed by some1 who has it on

Why take an easy 4 if you can put in some effort and get a 9?

For the basis of my behaviour and psychology, generally I am just like everyone else. That alone does not make me unoriginal. I am unlike anyone that has ever come before me, and I am the amalgamation of everyone I have ever met. I am the culmination of several events that have never been combined before. I am unique, in the exact same way as everyone else.

Rolled's answer is slightly off. Zeus is spot-on. It is to GET knifed by someone with the title. It is just like "STD" in MW2.

You're thinking of the Infected title. Transfer's obtained by knifing someone with the title.

If I remember right, it starts with someone knifing an Activision/IW staff member or something along those lines. That's how the first person gets the title I believe. From there, it spreads as explained above.

Yeah, developers and staff are automatically given the title. It spreads from there. I used it for over a month to allow others to get the title.

When I found out I thought it was really cool.

Same went on GTA IV with the multiplayer. If you were killed by a Rockstar member you would get a zombie outfit for multiplayer.

I got this a month or two after mw3 came out. Someone has to be wearing the title and you have to knife him. I guess it's still kind of rare, but it's not really that big of a deal anymore.

I've gotten it a couple times, but always in All or Nothing. Probably just a coincidence because there's so much knifing there.
