I mean, it looked exactly like a copy and paste of Modern Warfare 2.
Not only that but all the different locations that they included make me worried. My indication at this point is that the story is going to be completely half-assed, and while storyline is not the most important factor in Call of Duty by any means, having a half-assed storyline makes the singleplayer more tedious and drawn-out for me. And at least Call of Duty 4 and Black Ops had storylines that made some amount of sense, while Modern Warfare 2 was just all over the place.
Maybe I'll get more excited when I see some actual gameplay or useful information.
The story is half-assed in every Call of Duty: it sucks, I know, but this franchise hasn't exactly been known for it's stellar single-player experiences (in my opinion, Black Ops had the best one yet, and that isn't saying much). It's a testament to how money driven the developers are that they invest so little time in single-player and cooperative offerings (again, with the possible exception of Treyarch) and just through all of their resources at a loveless multiplayer. And besides, a story is one thing: each MW2 mission felt exactly the fricking same.
