Is Youtube broken? whenever i have my sub box or whatever its called to show everything and then go load more it ocmes up with the same videos but when i go to highlights it loads more? is youtube actually broken or is it just my stupid inter and computer being shit?

This glitch is bugging the snot out of me, i also have a problem where my subscribers are telling me my videos are not popping up in their sub boxes... it's been going on for ages now, what the hell is Google doing?
