I'm glad treyarch is doing something to nerf quick scoping but I also feel like they over did it. I'm no quick scoper myself but it is very fun. I also believe it is very useful for the people that can quick scope effectively, if you can go and clear an area and cap a flag with nothing but a sniper rifle you became a valuable member of the team. Now i do see how it is unfair that they get an instant one shot so some nerfing is in order from MW2 to MW3. In my option the bullet should go straight but the scope shouldn't. The scope should do what it did at the beginning of black ops and move away from the center, and should only be a one shot from the top of the chest up. That is what i believe and wish to see.

While we're on CoD good feelings, couple days ago I was with 5 other guys and we were having a grand ol' time all using the same set-ups (which consisted of Scorpions, Olympias, M60s, and other horrible crap.) and a 6 man party joins the lobby with us and it migrates to their host. It turns out to be Firing Range Domination and they go on and on about how they're going to push our shit in. We got to 185-75 and they dashboarded then invited us to a "clan battle" because the public match was "unfair" and we were cheating. The 5 of my buddies and I had another grand ol' time laughing at them.

Back on topic, I quick scoped in Black Ops the other day!!! My Akimbo Scorpions ran out of ammo so I picked up an L96A1 with Variable Zoom + Extended Mags and went on a 6 kill streak. Then I got commando-lunged.

I really don't like quickscoping cuz even though there's not too much realness factor in call of duty, for someone to be able to run around with a sniper rifle and kill people close range who are using smg's and ar's is just rediculous. Plus whenever I try it I look stupid lmao.

Quickscoping in Blops took skill, unlike in Modern Warfare 2, where trickshotting was a serious problem.

I love quickscoping, allthough its very unrealistic and changes the game alot. But I dont think it ruins it.
