One of my friends asked if i could make them a bg of their favorite band Green Day. This is what i came up with. Btw the words in the background are the lyrics to there song Holiday. If you could tell me your opinion id appreciate it.

it look a lil pixelated/grainy when finding images in google lets say make sure you select the large ones and if an image is small dont make it bigger than what it is. also try and cut out the people better looks like you cut off half of tre cool's head LOL. other than that it not to bad

Pretty good man, but as maxxamillion said the people are a little grainy and distorted. Also around the edges of the people could use a little work, but definitely not a bad job at all.

Thanks for the feedback. Im still working on cutting out pictures, i know im not that great at it. But it was a high quality picture i used, i did look for large, That was an effect i tryed to add to make the picture of them look like that.

I think its pretty solid dont know that I like the content but the picture is good a little grainy but you will get better with practice keep up the good work.

It's not the best I've seen, but it's far from the worst. Were you trying to blend each person into the background? I imagine that's what those pixaled dots are trying to do.

Have you look at any tutorials? You should do a google search/google image search of some wallpaper tuts. It might give you some inspiration.
