while i really like reach, it doesnt have that halo feel to it. It felt very noobd up and geared towards casuals like mw2 in the CoD series. Idc if its a remake, id pay full price for a real halo game that has a high population. Plus with reach graphics and net code = nerdgasm

i though deciding which multiplayer game was going to be tough this season, not anymore!

Will not ever get it, EVER.

Not only is the original perfectly fine the way it is, and other than the fact the entire series went downhill since the original, this is nothing but a cash grab from the guys who only play games for "GRAFFIKS! OMFG TEH GRAFFIKS THEY MAEK ME JIZZ! NOTHING ELSE MATTERS BUT HOW PRETTYFUL IT IZ!"

You know, those guys, the guys that are very detrimental to the market.

I'll go back and just play Halo CE again, for over the 100th times.

microsoft, bungie, or 343 havent confirmed it yet, that article is just speculation. lucky for me i have halo custom edition so i can play halo 1 online anyways

The only thing I would say is it would be fun to have matchmaking for that game. Sucks having to LAN it to have a decent game.

Same thing goes for H2 as well. Those 2 games were a big part of college for me. It would be nice to play them again, without having to organize and setup a LAN. Don't get me wrong, its fun to play LAN's and be able to trash talk without a mic, but it can be some work.

I loved Halo CE in fact I still have my copy of it. Its just so old that if I try to load one of the missions it reverses the load process.
Im very easy going lets say that I don\'t like to \"tryhard\" in games, but I love achievement hunting in games(trying to get a 20k gamerscore right now) so if you guys love to hunt achievements send me a F/R on XBL. Remember Stay Happy and Fappy kids.

The only upside to this is having multiplayer now. Even then, meh.
