I figure i will inform my fellow cheap gamers who dont want to pay for a headset about sitrep pro. its awesome. turn your tv up just a little bit and you can hear anyone. i doubt its as good as a headset, but it makes you alot more aware of your surroundings. i havent been knifed in the back in a looong time to. if you havent tryed it out, give it a go the next time your online. its hard to get ligit, but i did. it took me a day.

I've been trying to get it. Takes forever. If I see anything through a wall I'll go straight for it.

SitRep in itself is an amazing perk

I went for sitrep pro last prestige and only got like 30 or 28 or something. Best thing you can do is go into a free for all and shoot claymores with a FMJ gun.

i will get sit rep pro ... when COD 9 gets out

I use sitrep pro with a headset. You can hear footsteps from a much farther distance, and you can also hear ninja footsteps easily. People in S&D think i'm a hacker because I "always" now where they are

Although it's a great perk, I'm not used to it at all. It makes enemies sound a lot closer than they really are. I'll stick to using Ninja with my Tritans

Protip - Use one man army pro, scrambler pro

Then when you hear a claymore go off, switch to sitrep

Shoot the claymore
It works best when you start switching kits before the claymore goes off

I got it on PS3. I'm gonna try for it on Xbox. The bad thing is that it lowers your own footsteps to the point that you think your running Ninja Pro.

Ninja Pro still has the advantage over Sitrep Pro.

I use it with my old iPod headphones and it works pretty well, only downside is having my cheap mike ontop of it when im gaming with friends

I unlocked Sit-rep Pro about 1 month ago, and it is defiantly worth it.

In Free For All i can hear everyone that isnt using Ninja Pro, and that is a big advantage.


I know some people say that you can hear Ninja Pro, but in my case i cant. Properly because of my Quite "Low End" headset.

I don't really need sitrep pro, I'm good with the sitrep alone, I've found that louder footsteps gives me a bit panic since i think they are right on top of me, when they really are like 20 meters away
